Our patented (#5,819,544) pump immersed in the liquid eliminates all cavitation that is prevalent in all other liquid to gas transfill systems. When a pump cavitates, it looses its ability to pump. The system must be shut down and the pump must be cooled down again. This not only cuts down on production it also raises operational costs due to the increased liquid consumption.
Once the HP-40 Transfill System is filled and up to pressure, it can be immediately operated and will continue to operate until the next fill is needed.
